Sustainable Joy Through Color And Pattern

I created Ankara Home while pursuing my own need to add a bit of joy to my home. I’ve always been drawn to bright colors and patterns, and was particularly attracted to Ankara, the wax-print fabrics used in African clothing. When I couldn’t find a source for the things I imagined, I decided to create them myself. Through trial and error, and lots of thrifting for test materials, ANKARA HOME was born.

All products are uniquely handcrafted using African wax prints and designed to bring warmth and character to any room.
