Business Leaders of Colors (BLOC) is a group of small business owners committed to social justice. BLOC is a community designed for everyone, but its core mission is to empower overlooked and underrepresented business owners. We know that all is not equal in the business world, so we work to level the playing field by providing advantages to the under-served business community and creating supportive spaces for commerce.

The Business Leaders of Colors Marketplace is where product and service ideas come to life in a very practical way. Any and all local businesses may post listings of their goods & services for sale in the  Marketplace, just as you might on Amazon, Facebook, Etsy, or other online shops. This Marketplace is different in three important ways because it helps us:

1 - Buy Local with Every Purchase
2 - Level the Playing Field for Under-served Businesses (offerings can be filtered by business ownership)
3 - Work Together for a Better Future (marketing benefits all businesses + fees support the community)
